    立冬了

     
      今天是二十四节气中的立冬,自上周日下了一场大雪之外,今天立冬雾锁京城,明日雨雪再度袭京.冬天说到就到了.因为天气降温,北京市政府决定提前半月供暖,最晚也不能超过7号,就是今天.好多小区、机关、学校等都提前几天供暖了,我们这里物业供暖真听话,好在今天给气了,这下子能在屋子里坐住了,看看书,写写字,学画画。
      按照传统习俗,立冬之日家家户户都要吃饺子。勤快的我,今天早晨起来就包饺子吃。
      天气冷了,穿上冬装,千万不能感冒,现在甲型流感四处蔓延,我们千万要当心啊!
      立冬养生不妨多吃些芝麻、花生。立冬时心肺气弱,肾气强盛,饮食宜减辛苦,以养肾气。此时宜少吃生冷或燥热的食物,适合清补甘温的食物,如鸡、鸭、鱼类、芝麻、核桃、花生、黑木耳等,同时配以甘润生津的果蔬,如梨、冬枣、柑橘等。同时,可配合一些清润滋补的药膳进行调理。
      立冬时节要注意保持心境平静、情绪安宁,起居方面做到“早卧晚起,必待日光”,既保证充足的睡眠,也要注意保暖,睡前可以热水泡脚,促进机体阴阳气的和调。此外,立冬时运动应以静态运动为主,可以在向阳的地方,在晨光下进行八段锦、十六段锦、太极拳等运动,稍微出汗即可。
